Started Business in the 70's in the Building Services industry, Commercial property development, and finally Business Development Training. Tony has held Non Exec Directorships in Career Decisions Ltd Stewarts PLC. He developed programmes to improve life skills for young people including confidence building, motivation, and communication skills.
He is an Active Professional Pilot operating both charter and training aircraft.

Business Development Manager
Management experience: 25 years in the Automotive Industry
Steady promotion from shop floor to higher management within the industry experience includes responsibility for reorganising departments in a live environment. Identifying and developing Cash Cow product and services. Customer development and improving staff skills.
A highly motivated individual with extensive experience in senior management positions within Automotive Industry. With a clear understanding of issues effecting business and provide practical support on a wide range of issues as Financial, Marketing, Employees, Managing, Customers and Quality Control, he works as a team player.
With a proven track record of sales and process improvement, John is driven by target achievement, together with customer focus. John has three children so is also a full time taxi driver!
